PREVIEW: Final Regular Season Matches Ahead for Men's Tennis

DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica men's tennis team will have its final three matches of the season this weekend, two of which will be at home.

Stainer Looking for Record: Junior Josh Stainer (Portsmouth, England/South Downs College) is tied for the program record for career wins at the No. 1 flight … Stainer already owns the program record for most wins at No. 1 doubles … Stainer is 6-7 at the No. 1 flight this season.
 
Engelstad Leading the Team: Sophomore Logan Engelstad (Thief River Falls, Minn./Lincoln HS) has a team-high 16 singles wins and is on a seven-match winning streak … Engelstad also has 12 doubles wins this spring.
 
Singles vs. Doubles: The Saints are 77-49 in singles play this season and 44-19 in doubles action.
 
UMAC Win Streak: The Saints have won 131 consecutive UMAC dual matches … CSS suffered its first individual match defeat in conference play against Martin Luther College last Saturday, its first in nearly two seasons.
