The Vikings enter the weekend riding high after a 5-4 victory over the University of Northwestern on Wednesday … Bethany has won four of its last five matches, including four straight vs. NCAA Division III competition … Carter Dahl leads the team with six singles win, mostly at the No. 4 flight … Jacob Kubler has a pair of wins at the No. 1 flight … Bethany was picked to finish third in the UMAC this season.
 
Martin Luther College Knights
Record: 0-4, 0-1 UMAC
 
The Knights had nearly a two-month break before their match against North Central University on Thursday to open up their conference schedule … Martin Luther fell to the Rams by a score of 5-4 … The Knights have been picked to place fourth in the conference as they return five players from last year's UMAC Tournament squad.
 
University of Minnesota Morris Cougars
Record: 1-1, 1-0 UMAC
 
The Cougars have not played since March 20 when they defeated North Central 5-4 … Morris is scheduled to face Northwestern on Saturday, before playing the Saints on Sunday … The Cougars were picked to finish fifth in the conference … Mike Maudal returns after playing number two singles last year … All but one player, Dakota Frazier, is back and that depth will hope to help the Cougars in 2015.
