DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica softball team has a busy weekend ahead with three scheduled doubleheaders in three consecutive days, starting on Friday at Gustavus Adolphus College.

The Vikings are coming off a doubleheader sweep of rival Martin Luther College on Wednesday … Bethany Lutheran did not allow a run in either game as junior pitcher Anna Pipenhagen went the distance in both games … The Vikings were swept by Northland College to open conference play last weekend … Not only does Pipenhagen lead the conference with 112 strikeouts in 94 innings pitched, but she is also the team's leading hitter with a .359 average … Samantha Meginbir has a team-high 14 RBIs … The Vikings are led by first year head coach Dan Nessler.
 
Minnesota Morris Cougars
