DULUTH, Minn. – The St. Scholastica men's tennis team finished in second place by one point to Northwestern College at last year's Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Tournament, but with a new tournament format, the Saints will be looking to capture the championship once again this weekend at the Baseline Tennis Center in Minneapolis.
UMAC Tournament Changes
If you recall in the past, the UMAC Tournament champion was determined by the total number of points accumulated by a school based on a flighted tournament. This season will be a team tournament and it will be straight up dual matches to determine the champion.
