DULUTH, Minn. – The St. Scholastica men's and women's tennis teams will be back at home this weekend to play three matches, starting with a non-conference dual with the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire on Friday.

Friday vs. UW-Eau Claire – 1 p.m.
Saturday vs. North Central – 11 a.m.
Saturday vs. Bethany Lutheran – 2 p.m.
Women:
Friday vs. UW-Eau Claire – 1 p.m.

Match Location Scenarios
-If there is nice weather all weekend, then all of the matches will be played at Central High School.
-If inclement weather on Friday, the men will play Eau Claire at the Arrowhead Tennis Center at 1 p.m. and the women will face Eau Claire in the Burns Wellness Fieldhouse at 1:30 p.m.
-If inclement weather on Saturday, both teams will face North Central in the Fieldhouse starting at 11 a.m. and the Bethany Lutheran match could either take place in the Fieldhouse or at Arrowhead beginning at 5 p.m.

St. Scholastica Saints (10-6, 4-0 UMAC)
The Saints have not played a match in Duluth since February 12th at the Arrowhead Tennis Center against Saint John's University … CSS has won all 36 individual matches in conference play this season and will century mark for consecutive UMAC dual victories with a win over North Central on Saturday … Other records on the line this weekend include

UW-Eau Claire Blugolds (14-7)
The Blugolds are coming off a 6-3 loss to Luther College last Friday … According to the last Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) poll, the Blugolds were ranked 16th in the Central region … New regional rankings will be released later today … UWEC is led by Chris Kuna at No. 1 singles as he was ranked 22nd in the region in the last rankings … However, leading the way in singles victories is Joe Meier with 18 … Kuna and Joey Minear are the top doubles pair with a 13-6 record … Eau Claire has beaten Northwestern College and St. Cloud State this season … CSS lost to St. Cloud State earlier in the year.

The Rams picked up their first win of the season on Tuesday with a 5-4 victory over Minnesota Morris … Three of the team's four losses have been 9-0 scores … Matt Gusmer is 2-3 at No. 2 singles and Sutton Rehwaldt is also 2-3 at No. 4 singles … The Rams have just three doubles wins this season with each coming at the three different flights.

Bethany Lutheran Vikings (1-4, 1-2 UMAC)
The Vikings' lone win this season came against North Central by a 5-4 score at the end of March … All four of BLC's losses have been by 9-0 scores … The Vikings host Minnesota Morris on Friday, prior to traveling to Duluth … In their five match wins against North Central, Bethany Lutheran picked up three in singles and two out of three in doubles.

UW-Eau Claire Blugolds (13-5, 4-2 WIAC)
For the Blugolds, their main competition season is in the fall where they finished 4-2 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) … They were tied for second in the league and will take part in the team tournament on April 28th to determine the conference's automatic qualifier … So far this spring season, UWEC has played matches down in South Carolina during spring break and a couple of matches in the Twin Cities at the end of March … The Blugolds are 5-1 in the spring … In the last ITA regional rankings, the Blugolds were ranked 16th in the central region … Taylor Heltne has 14 wins at No. 1 singles this season … Katie Gillman leads the way with 16 singles wins overall … Both Heltne and Gillman have paired for 23 doubles victories this season and are ranked 12th in the region.
