MEN’S TENNIS DROPS A MATCH TO ST. FRANCIS

ORLANDO, Fla. – The St. Scholastica men's tennis team was defeated this morning by the University of St. Francis by a score of 8-1 in Orlando, Fla.

The loss drops the Saints to 3-6 overall and 2-2 all-time against the University of St. Francis. St. Francis improves to 10-4 this season.

The lone CSS win on the day came at No. 3 doubles as the team of #Cody Bottem# (Fr.-Thief River Falls, Minn./Lincoln) and #Tim Dean# (Jr.-Rhinelander, Wis.) won by a score of 8-1 to improve to 3-0 this season. St. Francis won all six singles matches, but #Dillon Sterle# (Jr.-Hibbing, Minn.) at No. 1 singles almost pulled his match out losing in three sets, 6-3, 2-6, (10-8).

The Saints will finish up their Spring Trip tomorrow when they face Oxford College of Emory at noon.
