Four Saints Earn MIAC All-Conference for Men's Indoor Track & Field

DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) has announced its postseason honors following the 2026 MIAC Men's Indoor Track & Field Championships, with several athletes from College of St. Scholastica earning All-Conference recognition after strong performances at the conference meet in Northfield.

The Saints were highlighted by a conference championship performance from Joshua Monreal (Proctor, Minn./Proctor HS), who captured the MIAC title in the weight throw with a mark of 18.25 meters (59' 10.5"), earning All-MIAC honors.

Noah Kubicek (Owatona, Minn./Owatonna HS) also delivered a standout meet for St. Scholastica, earning All-MIAC honors in two events. Kubicek finished second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 48.99 seconds and won the 600-meter run in 1:20.47, securing All-Conference recognition in both events.

Additional All-MIAC recognition came from Spencer Strohm (Barnum/Barnum High School), who placed third in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 7.83 seconds, and Trevor Turner, who tied for second place in the high jump after clearing 1.90 meters (6' 2.75").

Kubicek also earned MIAC Honorable Mention in the 200-meter dash, finishing fourth with a time of 22.48 seconds.

The All-MIAC distinction is awarded to the top three finishers in each event at the conference championships, while athletes finishing fourth through sixth receive honorable mention recognition.
