Aaron Keykal (Princeton, Minn./Princeton HS) picks up his first MIAC season long award by earning 2024-2025 Men's Basketball All-Conference Honorable Mention honors. The sophomore made a strong impact on the court, starting in all twenty-five of the Saints games and was a statistical leader for the team in several categories. Keykal was second in points per game for the team with 12.9 (0.1 off a tie for the team lead) and shot a very impressive 64.2% field goal percentage.

Additionally, he also led the Saints in total, offensive, and defensive rebounds, while average over eight boards per contest. Keykal made his presence felt on the defensive end of the court as well, finishing top three in both blocks and steals for St. Scholastica, while providing quality rim protection.

This production helped St. Scholastica make major inroads in the MIAC conference. The nine total wins in the 2024-25 campaign were the most for the Saints since entering the MIAC, and the five MIAC conference victories is one behind the record set in 2022-23. With two more seasons of eligibility remaining, Keykal looks to be an unstoppable force for the Saints this coming year!
