What You Need to Know about the Saints:
-The Saints opened conference play on Sunday by sweeping a doubleheader over Martin Luther College at Saints Field.
-Sunday's games marked the first-ever March home games in program history.
-Freshman Olivia Howe (Scandia, Minn./Forest Lake HS) was named the UMAC Pitcher of the Week on Monday.
-Howe has won three straight decisions.
-She has also reached base safely in seven straight games
-Maggie Schley (Mounds View, Minn./Irondale HS) leads the team with six multi-hit games.
-Toni Bishop (Roseville, Minn./Roseville HS), Josie Fouree and Schley each have three multi-RBI games.
-The Saints are tied for the conference lead with 31 doubles.
-Hannah Thul (Superior, Wis./Superior HS) leads the conference with 13 stolen bases.
-Sydney Plemel (Sauk Rapids, Minn./Sauk Rapids-Rice HS) fell a home run shy of the hitting for the cycle in game one on Sunday and leads the UMAC with a .586 on-base percentage.
-CSS is 10-0 when it out-hits or equals the amount of hits of its opponents. (0-10 when being out-hit)

Record: 5-15, 2-0 UMAC
-The Yellowjackets snapped a six-game losing streak by sweeping Crown College to open league play on Sunday.
-Tiffany Kirk leads the team with a .328 batting average and has scored 13 times.
-Davriana Horvath has a team-best 12 RBIs and Ashley Taipole has the team's two home runs.
-Opponents are hitting over.300 against all three UWS pitchers that have seen action.
-Taipole leads the team with 40 strikeouts in 51.1 innings pitched.
-The Yellowjackets are picked to finish fourth in the league this season.
