DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica women's tennis team lost its early match against Gustavus Adolphus College on Saturday morning by a score of 8-1, but turned around to swept North Central University 9-0 later in the day.

Gunderson and Halle Nystrom (Fargo, N.D. /Fargo North HS) were victorious by scores of 6-1, 6-0 in each of their matches. Olivia Bretting (Ashland, Wis. /Ashland HS ) sent her opponent home 6-0, 6-1. CSS' record improves to 7-6 overall and an undefeated record in the UMAC (2-0). St. Scholastica will have a home match next Saturday against the University of Northwestern at noon at the courts of the Arrowhead Tennis Center.
