DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica men's and women's Nordic ski season-opening races at the Northern Michigan University Open this weekend have been canceled due to a lack of snow.
 
It is only the third time since 1986 that Northern Michigan had to cancel an invite during December's second weekend. The Saints will instead do team trials this weekend.
