WILSON, NC -- St. Scholastica baseball alumni Eddy Morgan has been named the manager of the Wilson Warbirds, the minor league Single-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.

Morgan graduated from St. Scholastica in 1998, was later and assistant coach for the Saints baseball team, and is a member of the St. Scholastica Baseball Hall of Fame. Most recently, Morgan was the head coach at Concordia University Wisconsin, where he served for 12 seasons. Elsewhere in his baseball career, Morgan was the head coach at the University of Wisconsin Superior, and also served as manager of the Lakeshore Chinooks in the Northwoods League.
