D3football.com Team of the Week for Week 5

DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – For a third time this season St. Scholastica has been represented on the D3football.com Team of the Week with the week five honor going to sophomore Kenneth Jinkins (Mendota Heights, Minn./Henry Sibley HS).
 
In Saturday's 53-13 Homecoming victory over Martin Luther College, Jinkins set a program record for punt return yards in a game (103), including returning a punt 80 yards for a touchdown. The 80-yard return was the second-longest in program history. On kickoff coverage, he recorded a tackle and recovered a fumble.
 
Earlier this season juniors Mason Bloomquist (Owatonna, Minn./Owatonna HS ) (week 2) and Shane Finnegan (Woodbury, Minn./Hill-Murray HS) (week 3) were recognized by D3football.com for their efforts.
