DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica women's hockey team will face its toughest test of the young season when it faces ninth-ranked St. Norbert College on the road this weekend.

-The Saints are coming off two convincing wins against Finlandia last weekend, to extend their winning streak to three games.

Isabel Waidacher (Arosa, Switzerland/Graubunden Canton School (ZSC Lions/Swiss U18 National)) recorded 17 points in just two games, setting a program record with five goals on Friday, and then set a program record and tied an NCAA Division III Record with six assists in Saturday's game. She currently leads the nation with 19 points. Isabel was named the NCHA Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday.

Nina Waidacher (Arosa, Switzerland/Wirtschaftschule KV Chur (ZSC Lions/Swiss U18 National)) is second in the nation with 17 points, as she recorded seven points in Friday's game and tied the program record with five goals in Saturday's match.

Sheridan Friesen (Winnipeg, Manitoba/Ontario Hockey Academy) recorded her first career shutout with 15 saves in the win on Friday.
-Special teams have been strong for the Saints as power play is second in NCAA Division III at 43.5 percent, and penalty kill is tied for first at 100 percent.

-St. Norbert picked up a win and a tie last weekend against Lake Forest in its first two NCHA games of the season.
-The Green Knights are ranked sixth in the nation by D3hockey.com and ninth by USCHO.com.
-Rachel Koppang and Ali Parker both lead the Green Knights with four goals a piece.
-Kaley Gibson has seen the majority of time in the net for the Green Knights, recording two wins and a tie. Gibson was named the NCHA Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday.
-St. Norbert won the NCHA postseason tournament last year after defeating the UW-River Falls in the final, and would be defeated by Plattsburgh State in the first round of the NCAA Division III Tournament.
-The Green Knights are picked to finish first in the NCHA after receiving four first place votes and 31 points in the NCHA Preseason Coaches' Poll.
