Sam Reed (Eastbourne, England/Causeway School). Reed has made 41 saves on the season and has three shutouts, now holding the school record with 31. The Saints continue to see production from their young players as freshman
Kyle Farrar (Sevenoaks, England/Kelsey Park Sports College) and sophomore

Northwestern Eagles (3-5-1, 2-1-0 UMAC)
After starting off the season with four straight losses, the Eagles have won three of their last four games to put themselves into a tie for third place in the UMAC. Northwestern recently won back-to-back games 2-1 against Bethany Lutheran and Martin Luther. Junior Sam Mann leads the team with six total points on three goals and is one of four players to start every game this season. Sophomore Eric Bocan has been the goalkeeper on record for every game for the Eagles, making 38 saves on his way to a 3-5-1 record.

Molly Bergmann (Walker, Minn./Walker-Hackensack-Akeley HS) made three saves for her third shutout of the year.
St. Scholastica Saints (5-4-0, 4-0-0 UMAC)
The Saints opened conference play with four straight wins to get their overall record back to a winning one at 5-4-0. With the Saints conference success, they have now gone unbeaten in 89 straight regular season UMAC games. The Saints continue to be lead by the freshman Kehtel, who now has 12 points on the season. Last season's leader,
Andrea Beatt (Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove HS) has nine points on the season, with
Kaylee Gombold (Stillwater, Minn./Stillwater HS) right behind with seven. Senior goalkeepers
Bailey Mahlum (Bismarck, N.D./Bismarck HS) and
Molly Bergmann (Walker, Minn./Walker-Hackensack-Akeley HS) continue to split time this year as Mahlum has a 2-3-0 record with two shutouts and Bergmann has a 3-1-0 record with three shutouts.
Northwestern Eagles. (5-3-0, 3-0-0 UMAC)
The Eagles also come into the matchup with a perfect conference record. Northwestern started its season off badly with an 0-3 start, but have won five straight since then to gain momentum early in conference play. Senior Rebekah Kirby leads the team with 13 points, and sophomore Lauren Cleope is right behind her with 10. Senior goalkeeper Tara Hanson has been the goalkeeper on record for every game with a 5-3-0 record, making 30 saves on the young season.
Last Meeting: (CSS All-Time Record vs. Northwestern: 27-9-1)
The Saints came up just short of a national tournament bid, losing to the Eagles 1-0 in last year's UMAC Tournament Championship game. Mahlum had three saves in the loss.
Crown Storm (0-7-0, 0-3-0 UMAC)
The Storm have not had a season that any team would hope for. Not only have the Storm gone winless so far this year, they have yet to score a goal. Only five players have started all seven games for the Storm, including freshman goalkeeper Hillary Brondsema, who has made an impressive 95 saves this year. With the teams lack of shooting (30 shots, 11 on goal this season) Brondsema's 95 saves have not been enough to earn a victory for the Storm.
Last Meeting: (CSS All-Time Record vs. Crown: 23-0)
The Saints defeated the Storm handily in their last matchup of 2010, 5-0. Bergmann needed only two saves for the shutout. The Saints had goals on the day from
Joey Moore (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East HS),
Megan Flesvig (Duluth, Minn./Proctor HS), Beatt,
Shannon Carlson (Woodbury, Minn./Woodbury HS) and Malia Grosskruetz.
*Stat to note: In the 23 matchups, the Saints have outscored the Storm 99-7.
