WHITEWATER, Wis. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica women's track & field team competed at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Invitational on Saturday.
 
Top Running Performances
Lexi Erickson (International Falls, Minn./Falls HS (St. Catherine)) was runner-up in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:12.82.
 
Ellie Sholing (Wabasha, Minn./Wabasha-Kellogg HS) finished fourth in the 400m dash, posting a time of 1:00.94. Sholing was also ninth in the 200m dash with a time of 28.08.
 
Lili Tapper (Lindstrom, Minn./Irondale HS) was fifth in the 800m run with a season-best time of 2:28.07. Liana Blomgren (Mountain Lake, Minn./Mountain Lake HS) was seventh in that event with a personal-best time of 2:33.49.
 
Dayelise Davidson (Coleraine, Minn./Greenway HS) placed sixth in the 100m dash with a season-best time of 13.34.
 
Top Jumping Performance
Erickson was also runner-up in the high jump, clearing a season-best height of 5'0.5" (1.54m).
 
Top Throwing Performances
Anna Becker (Buffalo, Minn./Maple Lake HS) finished fourth in the shot put with a season-best mark of 38'0" (11.58m). Becker was also ninth in the discus toss with a mark of 105'4" (32.10m).
 
Mikayla Solberg (Elk Mound, Wis./Elk Mound HS) placed fifth in the hammer throw with a personal-best toss for the second straight week of 133'8" (40.74m).
