th minute to give the St. Scholastica men's soccer team a 2-1 victory over Saint John's University on Tuesday at Saints Field in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) action.
How It Happened
For the third consecutive game, the Saints jumped out to a 1-0 lead as

th minute. That would be the halftime score with CSS having an advantage in shots 9-4.
The Johnnies (7-7-1, 4-5-0 MIAC) controlled much of the possession in the second half and after having a goal wiped off, Saint John's found the equalizer off a corner in the 74
th minute to make it 1-1.
The contest appeared to be headed to overtime until Finneran was able to create some space on the right side of the box and was able to beat the keeper far post to give the Saints a 2-1 lead with 2:22 remaining. CSS hung on the rest of the way to win 2-1.
