DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – After playing one Northfield school, the St. Scholastica football team will travel to the other Northfield institution when the Saints face St. Olaf College on Saturday in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) matchup.

-The Saints held an early lead over Carleton College last week for Homecoming before falling by a 30-14 final.
-CSS set a program record in the contest with 11 punts.
-Both teams combined for 20 punts.
-In his first collegiate start, running back Nick Schlender (Stillwater, Minn./Stillwater HS) ran for 65 yards and one touchdown.
-Senior Mitchell Adrian (Altoona, Wis./Altoona HS) matched his own program record with 15 receptions.
-Adrian ranks second in the MIAC and ninth in NCAA Division III in receptions per game (8.2).
-Linebacker Jamari Thompson (Little Rock, Ark./Waller HS) had a game-high 16 tackles on Saturday.
-Thompson leads the MIAC and ranks 21st nationally, averaging 5.8 solo tackles per game.
-Anthony Vo (St. Paul, Minn./Roseville HS) ranks second in the conference, averaging 9.0 tackles per game.
-Tandrell Foster (Hurley, Wis./Hurley HS) leads the league and is ranked 23rd in the nation, averaging 1.8 tackles for a loss per game.
