Book Bratbak Finishes Sixth in 10km Classic

HOUGHTON, Mich. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica men's nordic ski team wrapped up action at the Pre-U.S. Nationals CXC Cup on Sunday with the 10km classic race on the Michigan Tech Trails.
 
Top Performances
Sophomore Emil Book Bratbak (Asgardstrand, Norway/Lillehammer) paced the Saints with a sixth-place finish with a time of 27:58. He was the fourth collegiate skier to finish.
 
Junior Tamer Mische-Richter (Bloomington, Minn./John F. Kennedy HS) was 13th overall in a time of 28:50, while sophomore Gus Schatzlein (Savage, Minn./Prior Lake HS) was 18th overall in a time of 29:33.
 
A total of 12 Saints competed on Sunday.
 
Up Next
The Saints will be back in action at the start of the New Year when they return to the Michigan Tech Trails competing in the U.S. Championships beginning on January 2.
