WHEATON, Ill. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica men's track & field team took part in the Don Church Twilight on Saturday, hosted by Wheaton College (Ill.).
 
Top Performances
Freshman Isaac Boedigheimer (Cloquet, Minn./Cloquet HS) was runner-up in the 5000m run, posting a time of 15:25.63.
 
Fellow freshman Ryan Steger (Eagan, Minn./Eagan HS) was fifth in the 800m run with a time of 1:56.52. Frank Cerar (Plainview, Minn./Plainview-Elgin-Millville HS) was fifth in the 110m hurdles finishing in 17.28. He also placed fifth in the 400m hurdle finals with a time of 1:02.59.
 
Donovan Blatz (Shoreview, Minn./Mounds View HS) was fifth in the long jump with a leap of 20'1" (6.12m). Joe Guimond (Shakopee, Minn./Shakopee HS) was 10^th in the javelin with a mark of 123'4" (37.60m).
 
Up Next
The Saints will be in action in the Twin Ports on Saturday to compete in the Bulldog Open, hosted by the University of Minnesota Duluth. Action is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
