Top Performances
Freshman Tamer Mische-Richter (Bloomington, Minn./John F. Kennedy HS) put together a critical skate race on Saturday to place 10th among Central Collegiate Ski Association (CCSA) skiers and 25th overall. The 10th place finish earns him all-region accolades, but more importantly for the first time this season Mische-Richter beat out Mitchell DeLong of Michigan Tech University in a freestyle race. DeLong entered the weekend holding the final NCAA qualifying spot in the Central Region.

Mische-Richter becomes only the third freshmen in program history to earn all-region accolades joining Paul Schommer and Kasey Bacso. He can become the first CSS men's freshman to earn multiple all-region awards tomorrow in the 10k classic.

Dan DeLestry (Eau Claire, Wis./Eau Claire Memorial HS) was the next Saint to cross the finish line 36th overall and 18th among CCSA skiers in a time of 55:09. Jack Christianson (Arden Hills, Minn./Mounds View HS) completed the scoring for CSS, finishing 41st overall and 23rd among league skiers with a time of 55:38.

Northern Michigan University swept the top five spots among collegiate skiers led by Ian Torchia with a time of 50:11. David Norris won the overall SuperTour event with a time of 50:01.
