csssaints.com) - The St. Scholastica men's soccer team fell 3-1 to the University of St. Thomas Sunday afternoon at Saints Field, after the Tommies scored three goals in the second half.

The Tommies (11-3-1) record 11 shots compared to CSS' two during the first half, but St. Scholastica scored first to put themselves on the board.
In the lone goal of the half,
Taylor Tran (Northridge, Calif./Granada Hills Charter HS) assisted to
Jordan Finneran (Newmarket, England/Cambridge Regional College), sinking the ball in the back left hand corner of the net in the 28
th minute. Finneran's fifth goal of the season put the Saints up 1-0 and the tally carried over to the second half.
In the second half, St. Thomas broke through, scoring three times. The Tommies scored in the 52nd, 67th and 74th minute of the game. Two of the goals coming after a one-on-one play with the keeper, making the final score 3-1.
