What You Need To Know About The Saints:
-The Saints victory over the University of Northwestern on Saturday was their 75th win in program history.
-The Saints are 8-2 all time in Homecoming games all-time, including a 45-3 victory over Greenville in 2012.
-The 14-7 final score against the Eagles was the third consecutive between the teams (Saints 2-1)
-Senior Ben Buthe (New Prague, Minn./New Prague HS) got the bulk of the rushing attempts for the Saints, he totaled 48 yards Saturday night marking him just three yards short of 1,000 in his career.
-Zach Edwards (St. Paul, Minn./Henry Sibley HS) connected with Aaron Olson (Esko, Minn./Esko HS) in the first quarter for the first of two Saints' touchdown, it extended Olson's streak of touchdowns in UMAC games to 20 games.
-Zach Edwards (St. Paul, Minn./Henry Sibley HS) dropped 314 yards in the air Saturday to push his season total to 1591 yards. Edwards has now thrown for 300 yards in four of the five Saints games this season.
-CSS ranks 17th in NCAA Division III in passing yards per game (319.0)
 
Offensive Players to Watch:
-Freshman wide receiver Mitchell Adrian (Altoona, Wis./Altoona HS) – Adrian blew up in his first start against the Eagles, he grabbed 10 receptions from Edwards for 103 yards and his first collegiate touchdown.
-Senior running back/wide receiver Ben Buthe (New Prague, Minn./New Prague HS) – Buthe only needs three rushing yards to become the sixth Saint to reach that feat.
-Junior quarterback Zach Edwards (St. Paul, Minn./Henry Sibley HS) – Edwards keeps adding to what could be a historic season for the Saints signal-caller, he is on pace to be the first Saints quarterback to reach 3,000 yards in a season.
-Senior wide receiver Aaron Olson (Esko, Minn./Esko HS) – Became the fourth Saint to have 100 career receptions, thanks in part to a six reception, 87-yard day against the Eagles. He is 64 yards of becoming the program's career leader in receiving yards.
 
Defensive Players to Watch:
-Senior linebacker Jonathan Senger (Buffalo, Minn./Buffalo HS) - Senger continues to be a leader for the Saints defense, he came up big again Saturday leading the team in tackles (11) and sacks (2). He ranks 15th in the nation in solo tackles per game (6.8).
-Sophomore defensive back Cody Pundsack (Melrose, Minn./Melrose HS) – Pundsack picked off Lindahl for his first interception of the season, and the second of his career.
 
What You Need to Know About The Panthers:
1-4, 1-2 UMAC
-The Panthers picked up their first win of the season two weeks ago with a 24-20 win over Westminster College (Mo.) on the road.
-The last season the Panthers opened their season with a win was 2013 when they went 9-2.
-The Panthers' top rusher on the year is freshman Courtney Mitchell, he has only played one game for the Panthers, but was a huge factor in their first win in 2018. He rushed for 189 yards on 22 touches.
-The Panthers signal-caller is junior George Harris. Harris has 449 yards and five touchdowns on the season.
-A player to watch is tight end Greg Franchomme, who was an All-American last season and has three TD receptions thus far this year.
-Bryson Johnson leads the defense averaging eight tackles per game.

Series Record: CSS leads 7-1 (Last Meeting 47-27 CSS – 9/9/2017)
 
Series History: Greenville won the first meeting between the two squads in 2010. Since then the Saints have cruised to seven straight victories over Greenville, including winning by an average of 32.7 points per game the last three Panther visits to Duluth.
 
Looking ahead: The Saints will stay at home for the final of a three game home stand, but it will be outside of UMAC play as they will face Thomas More University (Ky.).
