Mische-Richter Paces Men’s Skiers on Birkie Trails

RESULTS

CABLE, Wis. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica men's nordic ski team competed at the Telemark Chase on Saturday with the 10km classic race and was fourth among Central Collegiate Ski Association (CCSA) schools.
 
Top Performances
Freshman Tamer Mische-Richter (Bloomington, Minn./John F. Kennedy HS) led the squad once again with a sixth place finish in a time of 28:02. Mische-Richter has led the Saints in every event thus far this season.
 
Dan DeLestry (Eau Claire, Wis./Eau Claire Memorial HS) was the next Saint to score with a time of 29:02 and was 12th among conference skiers and 14th overall. The final Saint to score was Jack Christianson (Arden Hills, Minn./Mounds View HS) with a 22nd place finish in the CCSA and 33rd overall with a time of 30:14.
 
Northern Michigan University led all CCSA schools with three skiers in the top four led by Kjetil Banerud with a time of 27:27.
