CSS was able to hold off a late power play opportunity for Adrian to finish the period with a one-goal lead.

Second Period

The Saints did well on Adrian's next power play, limiting them to four shots on goal. But soon after the Bulldogs took the lead through Brian Bachnak to make the score 2-1.

The Saints were able to stifle Adrian's next two power play opportunities, only allowing five shots. CSS had an opportunity to even the scoring after earning a power play with just over two minutes remaining in the period, but weren't able to capitalize after being limited to one shot on goal.

Third Period
Nine minutes into the third the game went to 4-on-4, with Adrian taking advantage making the score 3-1. With two minutes remaining the Saints pulled their goalie to try and even the score, tallying five shots.
