First Half
The Saints started the scoring early and never looked back. Kyle Farrar (London, England/Kelsey Park Sports College) scored the first goal of the game in the second minute of the game to grab the lead, and was followed by Tom Corcoran (Warrington, England/Great Sankey HS, Priestley College) and Charlie Crane (Southampton, England/Brockenhurst College). By the halfway point in the first half the Saints had already scored three goals.

By the end of the first half, CSS would add five more goals. Two by Jonny Winter (Healthfield, England/Healthfield Community College), one by Jamie Blackwell (Southampton, England/Sholing Technology College), one by Jonny Harkin (Studley, England/St. Benedicts School), and another by Crane for his second of the half. The halftime score read 8-0 in favor of the Saints.

Second Half
CSS scored three goals in the second half, all within the first ten minutes. Corcoran and Farrar scored the first two goals less than 30 seconds apart to make the score 10-0, and Harkin would net his second just three minutes later to make the score 11-0.

The Saints would play out the remaining 35 minutes of the match with scoreless soccer setting the final score at CSS11 Crown 0.

Crane, Harkin, Winter, Corcoran, and Farrar each tallied two goals in the match and goalie Sandy Davidson-Hunt (Kenora, Ontario/St. Thomas Aquinas) recorded four saves for the Saints. CSS had an astounding 50 shots in the match with 26 being on goal.
