FT Streak Ends: Joe Stark (Hayward, Wis./Hayward HS) missed his first free throw attempt against Minnesota Morris on Saturday ending his steak at 26 consecutive free throws made … He is third in the UMAC, shooting 88 percent from the charity stripe for the season.
 
Carlson with Career Highs: Nathan Carlson (Alvarado, Minn./East Grand Forks HS) scored a career-high 18 points in Saturday loss to Morris … The night before, he recorded a career-high 10 rebounds in the victory over Crown.
 
Defense Wins: In all three conference losses thus far, the opponents have shot above 50 percent from the floor, while the Saints have been held below 43 percent … CSS has also gone 5-for-35 on 3-point attempts in the last two league defeats.
 
Never Out of It: The Saints have trailed by at least eight in three of its five wins this season with all three coming with less than 13 minutes to go in regulation … CSS trailed by six with less than five minutes to go in Saturday's win.
