MINNEAPOLIS (csssaints.com) - St. Scholastica sophomore Reitler Hodgert (Bend, Ore./Summit HS ) continued his run at Central Collegiate Ski Association (CCSA) bests, with a fifth place finish in the men's 15km classic mass start at the Twin Cities Championships Saturday, crossing the line in 41:21.8.
 
Northern Michigan once again dominated the podium with a perfect score, with Fredrik Schwenke winning in 39:20.2, Adam Martin second in 39:23.2, and Erik Soderman third in 39:41.8. 
 "We are seeing some really great racing from most of the team now, which is great," said Saints head coach Chad Salmela. "Reitler and Jake had really great races, Paul was solid, and we saw our depth skiers step up a notch. That always feels great. We have more than one guy in the hunt right now for NCAA qualification in a very strong region, and that's exciting."
 
The Saints return to action Sunday at the Twin Cities Championships with at 10km individual start freestyle.
