DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica men's hockey team will host Marian University (Wis.) for  its final home series and last of the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) regular season this weekend.

- The Saints are coming off a pair of losses to No. 1 St. Norbert College last weekend.
- Keegan Bruce (Bellingham, Wash./Bellingham HS (Weyburn-SJHL) ) was the only scorer in the series; his goal came in the third period of Saturday's game.  It was the tying goal that led the game into overtime.
- Paul Marcoux (Brandon, Manitoba /Vincent Massey Collegiate (Waywayseecappo-MJHL) ) is tied at fourth in the nation for game-winning goals (4).
- The Saints' special teams units have a 57 percent success rate making them third in the nation behind UMass-Boston and Babson.
- Goaltender Tyler Bruggeman (North Mankato, Minn./Mankato West HS (Austin-NAHL) ) has 414 saves, which is fourth in the NCHA. He also has a 2.02 goals-against-average, and a save percentage of .924.
- Brandon Nowakowski (Calgary, Alberta/Central Memorial HS (Calgary Royals-AJHL)) leads the conference with seven power play goals in league play. He is tied for sixth in the nation overall.
- The Saints will honor eight seniors on Saturday for Senior Night.
- CSS is currently in fourth place in the league standings, two points ahead of Marian and a point behind Lake Forest for third. With just one point this weekend, the Saints will clinch home ice for the first round of the NCHA Harris Cup Quarterfinals.

- Last weekend the Sabres swept Finlandia University extending its winning streak to six. 
- The six-game winning streak is tied for the longest currently in the nation and the fifth-longest unbeaten streak.
-  Warren Carter registered two goals last weekend, both in the same game.
- Matt Williams scored three goals and is second on the team with nine goals.
- Senior Tyler Klein is tied for the conference lead with 30 points.  He leads the team with 13 goals and 17 assists.
- Goaltender Josh Baker is second in the NCHA with 550 saves and fourth for save percentage (.929).
- The Sabres are second in the NCHA in combined special teams with a success rate of 55 percent.
Series History: (CSS is 8-1-0 vs. Marian)
- The only time Marion won against the Saints was in 2003 in Fond Du Lac, Wis.
- The last time these two teams met was in 2012 when CSS won 2-1 in De Pere, Wis.
- The last three meetings have been decided by one goal.
