Duluth, Minn. - The College of St. Scholastica Women's soccer team will begin their 2024 season this weekend on home turf. Opening weekend will consist of two non-conference games against the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.
The Saints will square off against the Falcons on Friday, August 30 at 4 p.m. and kickoff with the Eagles on Sunday, September 1 at 11 a.m.

Saints to Watch
- The Saints return key contributors, Tenley Voth (Farmington, Minn./Farmington HS) and Abigail Shrode (Hamilton, Mich./Hamilton HS), both tallying two goals on the season, with Voth adding two assists.
- Voth was named to the Honorable Mention All-MIAC list during her Sophomore season. Her 16 shots on goal ranked 40th overall in the league.
- The veteran roster has added two new freshmen to the team, both Duluth, MN natives: Alison Lemon (Duluth MN/Duluth East), a midfielder, and Arna Rennan (Duluth MN/Duluth East), a center midfielder.
A look at UW - River Falls
The Falcons are coming off a 6-8-4 season record, and 1-4-2 in conference play. During the 2023 season, they kicked off against the Saints in one match, taking the win 4-0. Four Falcons earned All-WIAC honors, including one of the Falcons top scorers,
Aliviah McClinton.
A look at UW - La Crosse
The Eagles took their 2023 season to the NCAA DIII Quarterfinals where they fell short in double overtime to Washington University in St. Louis, MO. During the regular season, the team had a 20-1-2 overall record, and 7-0 in conference play. The Eagles haven't faced the Saints since the 2022 season, where the Eagles took the win 4-0.
