The 2024 NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country Championships will showcase the nation's top collegiate runners, and for one standout athlete from our team, this event marks the culmination of an exceptional season. After a series of impressive performances throughout the year, Calvin Boone (St. Paul, Minn./St. Paul Highland Park HS) has earned a well-deserved spot at the national championship, representing both his hard work and dedication. As the best runners from across the country gather to compete, all eyes will be on Boone as he takes on the challenge of racing at the highest level of Division III cross country. This is a moment of pride for the team, coaching staff, and the entire school community as we cheer on Boone in pursuit of a national title.

The 2024 NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country Championships will be held on November 23, 2024, at the Forest Akers Golf Course in East Lansing, Michigan. The course, part of Michigan State University, has hosted numerous prestigious cross-country events over the years.

St. Scholastica's Calvin Boone (St. Paul, Minn./St. Paul Highland Park HS) shared his thoughts on the upcoming championship: "This has been a really fun season so far. Returning for a fifth year of grad school brought some changes, but I was excited for the opportunity to continue competing. I'm definitely looking forward to putting on the Saints jersey one last time."
When asked about his time at St. Scholastica, Boone stated, "Having qualified for three national championships and earning All-American honors last season, I'm quite happy with my cross-country career here at CSS, and I will be content with however the race ends up playing out. Sometimes running free with no pressure provides the perfect opportunity to make something special happen."

Saints Athletics and the Cross Country coaching staff will be hosting a watch party on Saturday, November 23, at 11 a.m. in Burns Wellness Commons, Room 249, to support Boone. All faculty, staff, and students are welcome to join.
