Duluth, Minn. (csssaints.com) – St. Scholastica's women's soccer team fell to Augsburg University 2-1 on Saturday.

How It Happened

The Saints started off strong playing tough defense and scored first in the first half. St. Scholastica's Keillor scored her first collegiate goal in the 40th minute of the game. Following that goal CSS was able to hold Augsburg to a scoreless first half and go into the second half with the 1-0 lead.

The second half did not go in favor of CSS. The Auggies tied up the score in the 58th minute of the game. Shortly after, they took the lead 2-1 in the 59th minute of the game. Despite their efforts, the Saints were unable to tie it up or take the lead and ended up with the loss 2-1.
