St. Peter, Minn. (csssaints.com) -- On Wednesday, St. Scholastica's women's soccer took a loss against Gustavus Adolphus College 4-0.
How it Happened
The Saints came into the game with some tough defense and kept it to just a 1-0 game throughout the first half after the Gusties scored in the 31st minute of the game. It was in the second half of the game however when Gustavus broke it open and scored three more goals. All three goals were scored within the last 20 minutes of the game and the last two were even within the same minute. With only five minutes left in the game and down by four, the Saints were unable to come back and were faced with a loss against the Gusties.
Goalkeeper Brianna Jorgenson (Columbia Heights, Minn./Columbia Heights HS) had seven saves throughout the game for CSS.

The Saints (1-3, 0-1 MIAC) will be back at home at Saints Field on Saturday to face Concordia College. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
