Duluth, Minn. (csssaints.com) -- On Saturday afternoon, St. Scholastica's women's soccer finished in a 1-1 draw against Bethel University.
How it Happened
It was a well matched game the whole way through as both teams were scoreless in the first half. It remained a 0-0 game until the 54th minute when Bethel scored first giving them the 1-0 lead over the Saints. However, CSS came back quickly and tied up the score in the 60th minute of the game with an unassisted goal by Sautter. Each goalie had three more saves within the remaining time left in the game leading the final score to remain at 1-1.
Goalkeeper Gracie Meagher (Cloquet, Minn./Cloquet HS) had five saves throughout the game for the Saints.
