DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica women's soccer team played Carleton College to a 1-1 draw on Saturday at Saints Field in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) action.
 
How It Happened
The Saints got the lone goal of the first half when Brea Archer (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East HS) drilled a free kick from 30 yards out to make it 1-0.
 
It remained 1-0 until the Knights (7-4-3, 4-4-1 MIAC) equalized in the 77th minute to make it 1-1.
 
The contest went to overtime with neither team having a great chance in the extra sessions as the game ended in a 1-1 tie.
