What You Need To Know About The Saints:
-The Saints are off to their best start since the 2011 season when they advanced to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
-The seven wins are more than any other Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) team at this point.
-CSS last faced a non-conference opponent in a home opener in 2015. (Loss vs. UW-Eau Claire)

Alcia Draper (Williams, Minn./Lake of the Woods HS) ranks third in the UMAC, averaging 4.95 digs per set.
-Senior
Brooke Schermann (Brooklyn Park, Minn./Totino-Grace HS) also ranks third in the conference, averaging 3.69 points per set.
-Schermann leads the team with 111 kills.
What You Need To Know About St. Kate's:
Record: 8-4, 0-1 MIAC
-St. Kate's is coming off a five-set loss to Concordia College-Moorhead on Wednesday to open conference play.
-The Wildcats are 3-1 against UMAC schools thus far this season, defeating Martin Luther College, Northland College and the University of Northwestern (Minn.).
-UW-Superior is the only UMAC program to beat St. Kate's.
-St. Kate's is picked to finish ninth in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC).
-Defensive specialist Grace Amacher was an All-MIAC performer in her first-year last season.
-Junior middle hitter Erin Cutts ranks in the top five of the MIAC in hitting percentage (.348) and blocks per set (1.07).
-Senior outside hitter Emma Nelson leads the team with 123 kills.

Series History: The Saints have won four straight over the Wildcats … They will meet for the first time in Duluth since 2003 when CSS won by sweep.
