Game 1: CSS 10, Northland 2 (F/5)
The Saints scored in four of their five at-bats to take the first game in five innings 10-2.

CSS got things started with three solo home runs in the second inning. Olivia Howe (Scandia, Minn./Forest Lake HS) led off the inning with a home run to right center. Two batters later, Kayla Christopherson (Zimmerman, Minn./Zimmerman HS (Itasca CC)) hit a homer to dead center and finally Josie Fourre (Albany, Minn./Albany HS) made it back-to-back with a home run to right field.

In the third inning, Christopherson drew a bases loaded walk followed by a Fourre two-run single to make it 6-0. The LumberJills (6-22, 2-12 UMAC) plated two runs in the fourth to cut the margin to 6-2, but the Saints added three more in the bottom half with a Nicole Anders (Port Angeles, Wash./Sequim HS) two-run single and a Maggie Schley (Mounds View, Minn./Irondale HS) RBI single.

CSS walked it off in the fifth when Karissa Ratcliff (North Branch, Minn./North Branch HS) hit a two-out, bases loaded single to left center to make the final 10-2 in five innings by mercy rule.

Schley earned the win in the pitcher's circle, striking out three in five innings. Fourre was 2-for-2 with three RBIs and two runs scored.

Game 2: CSS 9, Northland 0 (F/5)
