-Northwestern defeated the University of Wisconsin-Superior 2-0 in Wednesday's semifinal.
-The Eagles began the season with five straight losses, but will enter Saturday's championship game on a five-game win streak.
-UNW is the reigning UMAC Tournament champion after beating UWS in the title game in 2018.
-Emily Currie, who was last year's UMAC Tournament MVP, scored both goals in Wednesday's semifinal win over the Yellowjackets.
-This will be the third consecutive UMAC Tournament championship game for the Eagles.
-The Eagles lead the conference with 53 goals scored and average a conference-best 12 shots-on-goal per game.
-Anna Welch leads the team with 15 goals and 34 points.
