What You Need to Know about the Saints:
-The Saints were swept by Northland College last weekend, which marked the first time in the series that has happened.
-With the two losses, the Saints fell out of the national polls.
-More importantly, CSS fell from second to fourth in the NCHA North Division standings.
-The Saints sit two points behind leader St. Norbert College (Wis.) and a point behind both Marian University (Wis.) and Northland.
-
Dustin Cordeiro (Kitchener, Ontario/Elliot Lake Secondary School (Cochrane-NOJHL)) had three points last weekend against the LumberJacks with a goal each night and an assist Saturday.
-CSS committed a season-low one penalty on Saturday after taking 16 penalties the previous two games combined.
-The Saints also had a season-high 50 shots on goal in the loss Saturday, the most shots in a loss since November 6, 2009 against Saint John's University when they had 53 in a 3-1 defeat.
-Saturday also marked only the second time this season, the Saints failed to score three goals (2 vs. MSOE).
-CSS ranks third in the NCHA in scoring offense at 3.1 goals per game.
-Senior
Cole Golka (Ardrossan, Alberta/Athol Murray College of Notre Dame (Dryden Ice Dogs-SIJHL)) leads the Saints with eight goals.
-Sophomore
Jordan Fralich (Duluth, Minn./Duluth Marshall School (Bismarck-NAHL)) leads the conference with 14 assists and ranks second with 10 power-play points.
-CSS have started three different goaltenders once again this season with sophomore
Nick Trenciansky (Vancouver, British Columbia/Holy Cross Regional HS (Kindersley-SJHL)) starting 12 games, junior
Zane Steeves (Red Deer, Alberta/Athol Murray College of Notre Dame (100 Mile Wranglers-KIJHL)) two games and sophomore
Forbes Ploszaj (Scottsdale, Arizona/Gilbert HS (Aberdeen-NAHL)) one game.
-The Saints are 0-3 when they fail to score first and are winless when trailing at an intermission.
What You Need to Know about Concordia Wisconsin:
Record: 3-10-2, 1-6-1 NCHA
-The Falcons traveled out East last weekend and fell to SUNY-Canton, but responded by tying and winning in a shootout against No. 9 Salve Regina.
-CUW has only one win since November 24 and that was a 2-1 victory over Marian on December 12.
-The Falcons are winless at home this season with a 0-3-1 record.
-Sophomore forward Nick Guerra is tied for second in the conference with 10 goals.
-Guerra leads the conference with five power-play goals.
-Junior Dante Hahn and sophomore Nick Guiney each have 10 assists.
-Freshman Bo Didur and sophomore Dakota Delbridge have split time in goal.
-Both rank in the bottom third of the conference in goals-against-average and save percentage.

What You Need to Know about MSOE:
Record: 5-7-3, 3-3-2 NCHA
-The Raiders will play Northland on Friday before facing the Saints.
-MSOE is coming off a 2-2 tie at Lawrence University (Wis.) on Tuesday.
-The Raiders have wins over a No. 1 St. Norbert squad early in the year and No. 13 Marian last week.
-They are just 1-3 at home on the year.
-MSOE has played five overtime games and are 2-0-3 in those games.
-Sophomore Garrett Gintoli leads the team with six goals and 11 points.
-Fellow sophomore Jeff Makowski has five goals and five assists for 10 points.
-Another sophomore Adam Arifi leads the team with six assists.
-Sophomore goaltender Rock Boynton had a 2.85 goals-against-average.

Series History: The Saints and Raiders played to a 2-2 tie earlier this season at Mars Lakeview Arena … CSS fell in last year's meeting at MSOE by a 4-1 score in which they set a program record for penalty minutes in a game (106).
