Saints Lead after One
After the Green Knights scored in the first five minutes of play, the Saints equalized on a Taylor Guzzo (Silver Bay, Minn./William Kelley HS (UW-River Falls)) unassisted goal midway through the period to make it 1-1.

Later in the period with 13 seconds remaining, Abby Sawyer (Owatonna, Minn./Owatonna HS) gave the Saints a 2-1 lead thanks to assists by Katie Josephson (Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove HS) and Denisa Lalikova (Puchov, Slovakia/Proctor Academy, N.H.).

St. Norbert Controls the Second
St. Norbert out-shot the Saints 12-4 in the second period and scored two goals in the first 10 minutes of play to regain the lead at 3-2. CSS tied the game 50 seconds after the Green Knights' second goal on a Josephson tally to make it 3-3 at the second intermission. Mac Johnson (Monticello, Minn./Monticello HS (St. Cloud State)) was credited with the assist.

St. Norbert Scores Early and Holds On
Only one minute and 28 seconds into the third period, Reaghan Chadwick found the back of the net to give St. Norbert a 4-3 lead. That score would hold as the Green Knights prevailed 4-3.
