The 25th-ranked Kohawks swept the Saints early in the morning after CSS ended the night before with a grueling five-set match against No. 20 Augsburg.

The first set was won when Coe (3-1) went on an 8-1 run midway through the set and then held off the Saints for a 25-22 victory. The second set was settled early when the Kohawks opened with a 12-2 lead and took the set 25-19. The third set went back-and-forth and both squads had set points. However, Coe took advantage of it second set point to take the match in three sets 27-25.

Nikki Kienzle (Hermantown, Minn./Hermantown HS), Christaia Houser (Esko, Minn./Homeschool) and Kortney Morrin (Grantsburg, Wis./Grantsburg HS (Northern State)) added seven kills apiece.
