CSS Notes: The Saints seem to be peaking at the right time as they closed out the regular season on a five-game winning streak and captured at least a share of their 12th straight regular season title … CSS allowed only one goal during the winning streak and have given up just two goals since the calendar switched to October … The Saints have been led offensively by senior Leah Hamm (Duluth, Minn./Duluth Denfeld HS) and freshman Becca Rancour (Hutchinson, Minn./Hutchinson HS ) … Hamm has a team-high 17 goals, while Rancour is right behind her with 16 goals … CSS is 9-1-0 when Rancour scores this season and she has at least one goal in five straight games entering Wednesday … Goalkeeper Kelsey Reeves (Eagle River, Alaska/Eagle River HS ) has five shutouts this season, which leads the league … Her 0.87 goals-against-average is also on top of the UMAC … In conference games this season, the Saints led all teams with 25.5 shots on goal per game and 98 corner kicks … CSS out-shot conference opponents 148-25 in league play this season.

Morris Notes: The Cougars (8-7-0, 7-3-0 UMAC) also seem to be getting healthy at the right time after three straight conference losses at one point this season … Morris is coming off an overtime loss to the University of Wisconsin-Stout on Sunday, October 25 … The Cougars finished second in the conference in goals scored (35) in league games this season and third in corner kicks (49) … Sophomore midfielder Molly Hancuh leads the team with 16 goals and seven assists … Carly Denler and Yu Ito each have eight goals this season … In goal, junior Torri Jordan led the conference with seven wins this year and ranked second with a .847 save percentage.
