Mariah Hovick (Prior Lake, Minn./Prior Lake HS) recorded the game-winning points. She drained a buzzer beater to defeat Kenyon on Monday and then sank two free throws in the final seconds to defeat Anderson on Tuesday.
Never Out of It: CSS trailed for over 68 minutes of the total 80 minutes played down in Tennessee, including overcoming second half deficits of at least nine points in both victories.
Take Care of the Ball: For the first time this season, the Saints recorded more assists than turnovers in their victory over Anderson … CSS has 12 assists and a season-low 12 turnovers.
Defense Wins Games: CSS has tightened up its defense the last three games, holding opponents to 38 percent shooting or less in each contest.
