The Saints finished fourth on the day and for the weekend with the day's showing, behind Alaska, Northern Michigan, and Michigan Tech.

"I am so pleased with the turnaround from yesterday," said Saints head coach Chad Salmela. "We had some very forward progress today and I loved how the whole team went out and attacked the course. This was a very good showing. I'll always take two in the top ten with a full CCSA field and be very happy."

The Saints have a 5km classic on the calendar for Friday at Mt. Itasca with further NCAA qualifying on the line.
