MANKATO, Minn. (csssaints.com) – Head St. Scholastica Women's Soccer Coach Dave Reyelts picked up win No. 200 in his coaching career as the Saints defeated Bethany Lutheran College 4-0 on Friday.

Reyelts, who is in his 14th season with the Saints, has averaged 16.4 victories per season since 2002. Entering the season, he was ranked 30th in NCAA Division III for active winningest coaches and his 193 wins were 44th-most in the country amongst active coaches.

After 40 minutes of scoreless play, the Saints tallied their first of the day when Casey Mitchell (St. Cloud, Minn./St. Cloud Tech) scored off of a Logan Williamson (Bloomington, Minn./Jefferson HS) corner. Mitchell extends her point streak to seven straight games. CSS out-shot the Vikings 13-1 in the first half.

Eight minutes into the second half, Kelsey Kehtel (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East HS) scored her eighth of the season to make it 2-0. In the 71st minute, Catherine Fisco (Lakeville, Minn./Lakeville North HS) knocked home a cross from Morgan Osborne (Saint Peter, Minn./Saint Peter HS) to make it 3-0. The final goal of the day came on a Shannon Carlson (Woodbury, Minn./Woodbury HS) tally in the 75th minute to make the final score 4-0. Jalyn Britton (Eagan, Minn./St. Croix Lutheran HS) assisted the Carlson goal. Carlson has scored a goal in four of the last five games.

CSS goalkeeper Angie Toepper (Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial HS) made four saves to earn he first win of the season and third career shutout. Alexa Mowery had 10 saves in the loss for the Vikings (3-5-1, 2-2-1 UMAC). The final shot count was 28-4 in favor of the Saints.

The Saints (7-2-1, 6-0-0 UMAC) will face Martin Luther College tomorrow at 2:15 p.m. in New Ulm in the UMAC Game of the Week.
