Box Score DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) The Saints soccer team continued its winning streak as it defeated Northland College 4-0 Saturday afternoon at Saints Field.
 
Less than two minutes into the game, Kelsey Kehtel (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East HS) went left corner on the LumberJills goalkeeper Jessica Jaeckel.  Shannon Carlson (Woodbury, Minn./Woodbury HS) assisted the goal.
 
In the 23^rd minute, Casey Mitchell (St. Cloud, Minn./St. Cloud Tech) headed the ball into the net from a corner kick by Logan Williamson (Bloomington, Minn./Jefferson HS).  It was Mitchells seventh goal of the season and Williamsons sixth assist.
 
Six minutes later, Kaylee Benson (Nowthen, Minn./Anoka HS) assisted Leah Hamm (Duluth, Minn./Duluth Denfeld HS) as she scored by shooting the ball under Jaeckels arm.
 
At the end of the first half the Saints outshot Northland 18-0.
 
In the 64^th minute, Hamm scored her second goal, assisted by Morgan Osborne (Saint Peter, Minn./Saint Peter HS).
 
In the 74^th minute, on a corner kick from Catherine Fisco (Lakeville, Minn./Lakeville North HS), Hamm headed the ball into the back of the net.  It was Hamms third goal of the game and ninth of the season, making her fourth in the UMAC for goals.
 
LumberJills goalkeeper Jaeckel (5-5-3) made 15 saves for the game and holds the number two spot in the UMAC for saves.
 
Saints Megan Seymour (Lakeville, Minn./Lakeville South HS ) leads the UMAC in goals against (0), goals-against average (0.00), and save percentage (1.000). 
 
The Saints (9-2-1 overall, 8-0 UMAC) will head to St. Paul, Minn. to face Northwestern on Friday at 1p.m. and continue play at North Central on Saturday at 12 p.m.
