St. Scholastica Saints (1-7)
The Saints will be in search of their first road win of the season on Thursday in Moorhead … CSS has struggled scoring consistently this season due in large part to its .405 field goal percentage for the year … The Saints have shot above 50-percent from the field only once this season and that was their only win against Finlandia University (Mich.) … In their last three road games, the Saints are only 12-for-59 on 3-point attempts … However, CSS has defended the 3-point shot well this season, ranked 44th in the country in 3-point field goal defense (.288) … The Saints also need to pick it up at the free throw line as although they have taken 15 less free throws than their opponents to this point, they have made 37 fewer and opponents have a percentage that is 18 points higher … CSS did a good job of taking care of the ball in its last game against UWS, committing nine turnovers … It was the first time this season, the Saints did not have more than 14 turnovers in a game … Jonah Dahlman (Braham, Minn./Braham HS) has looked to score more in the last three games, averaging 11 points per game during that span … Brett Tester (Andover, Minn./Andover HS) continues to lead CSS, averaging 17.4 points per game and 6.4 rebounds … Tester currently has 855 career points and is 15th on the program's all-time scoring list.

Concordia-Moorhead Cobbers (3-5)
The Cobbers are coming off a home loss to Hamline University on December 10th … Two of Concordia's three wins this season have come at home … The Cobbers defeated UMAC school University of Minnesota-Morris at home in the season opener 66-44 … Thursday's contest against the Saints will be the final non-conference game of the season for Concordia … The Cobbers are off to a 2-2 in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) this season … Dewon McKenzie leads the team in scoring, averaging 12.6 points per game … Brandon Fisher is second on the team at 10.3 points per contest … Jason Huss is averaging eight rebounds per game and has 27 offensive rebounds this season … Concordia has shot 50-percent or better in just two games this season, both victories.

Last Meeting: (CSS All-Time Record vs. Concordia-Moorhead: 1-5)
The Cobbers overcame a 19-point second half deficit to defeat the Saints at Reif Gymnasium last season 64-55. Brett Tester (Andover, Minn./Andover HS) had his first career double-double with 12 points and career-high 10 rebounds.
