DULUTH, Minn. – The St. Scholastica men's hockey team will look to continue its winning ways as it will play in the Thanksgiving Showdown, hosted by Lawrence University (Wis.) on Friday and Saturday.

The Vikings' lone loss came against an NCHA opponent, UW-Eau Claire, in the second game of the season … The Vikings are currently on a four-game win streak after sweeping Lake Forest last weekend … The one common opponent between the Saints and Vikings so far this season has been UW-Stevens Point … The Vikings defeated the Pointers in the season opener 5-4, while CSS was swept by Point … Sophomore Forward Brad Scrufield is leading the Vikings with six goals in six games so far … Defenseman William Thoren is leading the team in assists and points with seven and nine respectively … Evan Johnson has seen the majority of minutes in net this year so far, and has a goals-against-average of 2.58…As a team Lawrence is scoring an even four goals a game and have scored at least four goals, five times this year.
