NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The St. Scholastica women's cross country team was 10th out of 16 teams with 350 points today at the St. Olaf Invitational.

Sr.-Webster, Minn./New Prague) ran her best time of the season as she finished 12th overall, but was the fourth fastest Division III runner with a time of 23:23 seconds.

Sr.-River Falls, Wis.) was 48th overall also with a season-best time of 24:41 seconds. Finishing right next to her was #Jessie Lovering# (
Jr.-Bemidji, Minn.) with the same time 24:41 seconds. #Kristen Gronbeck# (
Fr.-battle Lake, Minn.) ran a personal best time of 25:51 seconds to place 100th overall. #Kristina Ewing# (
Fr.-Maple Grove, Minn./Osseo) was fifth CSS runner to finish with a personal record time of 26:05 seconds.
The University of Minnesota-Duluth won the meet with 45 points. Winona State was second with 87 points and the University of St. Thomas was third with 135 points. The Saints were the top Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) school.
The Saints will take part in the University of Minnesota Griak Invitational next Saturday in the Twin Cities. The meet begins at 9 a.m.
