DULUTH, Minn. – The St. Scholastica women's cross country team placed third today at the Campus Quest VI Invitational, hosted by the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
Minn.-Duluth won the invite with 18 points. Lakehead University was second with 54 points and the Saints were third with 65 points.

Sr.-Webster, Minn./New Prague) was the top St. Scholastica finisher with a time of 19:22 seconds to place third overall. #Jessie Lovering# (
Jr.-Bemidji, Minn.) was next with a time of 20:35 seconds to finish 15th overall. #Tara Connolly# (
Sr.-River Falls, Wis.) finished three seconds behind Lovering with a time of 20:38 seconds to finish 17th overall. #Kristen Gronbeck# (
Fr.-Battle Lake, Minn.) was 27th overall with a time of 21:14 seconds. #Annie Drache# (
Jr.-Roseville, Minn.) was the last CSS point runner as she finished 33rd overall with a time of 21:32 seconds.
The Saints will be at the Les Duke Invite next weekend in Grinnell, Iowa. The meet is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
